Later it was revealed that Nothing would be launching in Nepal through CG Mobile. The new Nepali distributor has brought the phone (2) and phone (2a) along with CMF Buds Pro.

Story of Carl Pei and Nothing Tech
Despite being just a few years old, the smartphone and accessory brand has garnered success worldwide. Obviously, the background of its founder did give it a headstart.
Carl Pei started his career with Nokia before moving to Meizu and Oppo. However, after he left Oppo to co-found OnePlus with Pete Lau, the world got to see the marketing genius he is.
OnePlus started strong with the OnePlus One, targeting the enthusiast audience with flagship-level hardware at affordable prices. It experienced massive growth with its ‘flagship killers’ even conquering the US — a market that other Chinese manufacturers find difficult to penetrate.
So, when Carl Pei announced his departure from OnePlus in 2020, people were already speculating about its next move.
In January of the next year, Pei formally announced Nothing as his next tech startup. A couple of months later, Nothing launched its very first product: the ear (1).
The TWS had a unique transparent-esque earbuds and charging case created in collaboration with Teenage Engineering. This see-through design has been the signature of Nothing products, expanding over to its phones.
The first Nothing phone was conveniently called the phone (1), a mid-range smartphone with a transparent back and Gylph interface as its USP. This was paired with Nothing’s own spin on Android called Nothing OS.
The phone was followed by phone (2), which competed against other Android flagships. The most recent Nothing phone is the (2a), which is meant to make the Nothing experience more accessible.
